Ingredients for white BBQ sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of cayenne
Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
For the wrap:
- Grilled chicken, diced (about one breast per wrap)
- Bacon, fried and chopped (about 2 slices per wrap)
- Jalapeños or banana peppers
- Swiss cheese
- Lettuce (optional)
- white bbq sauce
- burrito size tortilla
Assemble wrap with filling and roll it tightly. Place it fold-side down in a medium-hot pan until golden, then flip and cook the other side until golden and crispy!
