Stuffing Meatloaf


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 box stuffing mix (any kind)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease your loaf pan. Mix the ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, and beef broth in a bowl until well combined. Pack mixture evenly into loaf pan, cover with foil, and bake for 45 minutes. While the meatloaf bakes, mix ketchup, Worcestershire, and brown sugar in a bowl and set aside. After 45 minutes, uncover and spread the ketchup mixture on top in an even coat. Put it back in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve warm!
