Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 single serving container of your favorite yogurt (I use vanilla Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (I peel my bananas, cut them into slices, and freeze)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (or your favorite berries)
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp honey

For topping:

  • 1/2 cup granola
  • fresh blueberries
  • fresh sliced banana
  • honey
  • Flavor God Buttery Cinnamon Roll (optional)

Blend ingredients until completely smooth. Pour in a bowl and add toppings.
