Ingredients:
- 24 dried figs
- 6 oz goat cheese
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Tabasco Spicy Honey for drizzling
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut down the middle of the fig, but not all the way through. Stuff the fig with a spoonful of goat cheese, gently squeeze it back together, and repeat until all the figs are stuffed.
Wrap each fig with a slice of bacon and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle the spicy honey over the bacon-wrapped figs, and sprinkle chopped rosemary over the honey.
Bake them for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Serve warm.
