Garlic Parmesan Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 2-3 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2-4 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400 degrees. Toss your wings with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and lemon pepper seasoning. Spread out the flour on a plate and roll the wings in it until fully coated in a thin layer.

Air fry or bake the wings until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes. Set aside.

In a small saucepan on low heat, add in the olive oil and butter until the butter is fully melted and slightly bubbly. Next, add the minced garlic. Let cook for about 2-3 minutes. Take off heat. Add the cooked wings to a bowl and pour on the garlic butter. Then add the Parmesan cheese and parsley and give it a good toss until fully coated. Serve with a little more Parmesan on top!
