Crispy Sushi Bites


  • sushi rice
  • fresh tuna, diced
  • avocado
  • mayo
  • sriracha
  • crispy onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sesame seeds (optional)

You can buy sushi rice from a restaurant that makes sushi, or you can make it using this recipe:

Form the sushi rice into bite-sized squares and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. You can also air fry them to save some clean-up!

Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the tuna with equal parts mayo and sriracha until well coated.

Assemble bites by placing a layer of avocado, then a layer of tuna on the rice bites. Top with crispy onions and sesame seeds and enjoy!

Note: if you can't find fresh tuna, you can use shredded snow crab in it's place.
