4-6 side servings
- 32 oz brussel sprouts (preferably "steam-in-bag")
- olive oil
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese
For the bang bang sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1/2 tbsp honey
Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Set the oven to 400 degrees. Steam the brussel sprouts according to the package directions.
Line a baking tray with foil, drizzle some olive oil, and place the brussels on the tray. Take a glass or bowl with a flat bottom, and smash the brussels until slightly flattened. Drizzle with more olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Grate some fresh parmesan over them.
Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until slightly crispy. Take out of the oven and drizzle the sauce over them. Serve warm!
