Ingredients:
- 13 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped prosciutto or ham
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- toasted garlic bread, sliced
Combine all ingredients except bread in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spread onto garlic toast and serve. You can also serve these hot topping the artichoke spread on the toasts with a sprinkle of cheese and broiling them for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
